Step one: Let the training begin. Obviously to be the best in any industry you have to know the most. Knowledge is power and it is no different in the gaming industry. And the best kind of knowledge is first hand, your own experiences. What I am trying to say is you need to experience as much as you can. Of course experience in gaming is basically just playing games of all shapes and sizes.To get a strong foot hold in the industry you need to know your stuff so try signing up to gaming forums and try and keep an eye on the gaming companies to see when job openings are available. This step is mostly just playing games and learning the community.
